Many things have been said or written on posters and banners, but that of PPSOE was most frequent. The narrowness is that way, quicken the intelligence to save money and get the same or more. And where it seems they want to save is in the public service. Pay cuts, increased hours and other initiatives appear to be insufficient and the group of public employees seems to be an inexhaustible mine. One of the many initiatives of which we speak is the work by objectives —as in private enterprise— which influence the final remuneration. What nobody has asked is whether it is the same Administration that a business or enterprise, or the actual capacity to implement such a thing nor the consequences of the attempt...
Peace without winners or losers ...

To our knowledge, a peace without winners or losers is a contradiction, unless you're talking about the dead of a cemetery, where all eat worms. And no matter who says the Bishop of Bilbao, Uriarte, because, among other reasons, the bishops do not speak ex cathedra, less if they do not share their neighboring dioceses or their speech is doctrinal, but worldly policy. I do not think that those who defend this kind of peace are thinking of the dead, it would be nonsense. But there are other perspectives to consider.
From Basque nationalism has always raised the terrorism of ETA as a war against the Spanish state. Even talk of winners and losers is some way to stay in the same speech. However, would have to look far in the past to find an armed struggle that came to peace, without any side won or lost. And there is none. Temporary solutions found by the depletion of the contestants or armistice, and in 1918, which unfortunately was only a workaround to prepare for a lot worse. That is precisely the side that always raised the murders and attacks as an armed conflict, which now does not exist winners or losers, is pure decoherence or tactical interest.
Furthermore, in a scheme of terrorist murderers and victims, which has always been and alone would be if we do not admit winners or losers, do not understand peace without justice. There can be a real peace if the criminals are tried and sentenced according to law, if they fulfill their sentences as far as it dictates and if they repair the pain and suffering of all those affected by crime. But neither is this the project you wish the Nationalists and their partners in time. There is no doubt that the strategy for them, not allowed to call murderers to relatives of those killed and injured by the band, much as a grassroots fan does. His solution is to expand the field of victims to the terrorists themselves and their families: all would be victims, but there would not be guilty. That way it would be unnecessary to accept winners or losers, because evil would come from somewhere unmentionable, perhaps caused by a mad god Wotan that had wreaked havoc on both sides ... I think the absurdity is obvious and also cause social injustice.
Third, from a Christian point of view yes you can talk about repentance, forgiveness, mercy, nor outside the justice and the obligation to repair. Divine justice is not incompatible with mercy, but most were breaded, bishops included. And this is not above the first but which is attached to it. The mercy of God does not make Him in unfair, it perfectly complements his righteousness. That should be the aim to imitate a Christian, even if the pastor of a diocese, and not advocating from the pulpit media political nonsense, inconsistency and social injustice.
Face of such nonsense concerned that the Government would be good to clarify once and that there are no winners or losers, only victims and murderers terrorists. And the solution can not ignore justice.
